3) Steels may be supplied with a lower silicon content. In this case, alternative means of deoxidation shall be used.
4) Steels with improved machinability either by higher S levels up to about 0.10 % S (including controlled sulfide morphology) or Pb additions may be supplied on request. In the first case, the upper limit for the Mn content may be increased by 0.15 %.
